Mindfulness Practice (Recorded)
Cultivating stillness in community. 20 minutes a day.
We begin with 15 minutes of silence, bringing gentle awareness to the present moment, greeting what emerges with kindness and curiosity. This is followed by a 5 minutes of quiet reflection and optional sharing. There is no right or wrong way to practice. Join when you can, come as you are.
