Holding Space
This is a space for many of us who are still figuring things out.
Where we are no longer who we were, and not yet who we are becoming. In a period of uncertainty and inaction, as life invites us to explore our inner landscape of memories and emotions. Learning to lean into and trust what is emerging.
During this time, you may feel like practicing mindfulness in community (inner alignment) or (re)learning together (collective wisdom) or try something new and different (creative expansion).
Collaborate is how we co-create and bring offerings to the community. Resources is where we collect our sources of inspiration, stories and our own original works. I’ve included some of mine - Haiku poems, nature-inspired journaling, and excerpts from my book project "Questions from A-Z".
And always in the spirit of reciprocity, finding regenerative ways for all of life to flourish.
Our Liminal Space is emergent and dynamic, constantly unfolding through its members.
Make yourself at home, all are welcome here.

Our Community
We come from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Coaches, facilitators, consultants, employees and entrepreneurs.
Parents, caregivers. educators, and life-long students.
Systems-thinkers, dreamers, and doers.
Re-membering our place on earth, in reciprocity with all life.
We are constantly expanding, deepening and contracting like the breath, in this garden between moments, that is both in-between and at the edge.
Meet Denise
Hello. I was born in Singapore to Sunny and Millie, into a lineage that carries stories of migration and colonization. Being of Indonesian, Dutch and Chinese parentage has taught me to be open to diverse cultures and perspectives, yet seeking a sense of belonging.
I am blessed with curiosity, determination and openness to spirit. At school, I loved science and drama, and graduated in sociology and linguistics. After 15 years in global tech, I left the burnout to train as a coach and yoga teacher. In 2008, I followed my passion for unlocking human potential through leadership coaching, facilitation, and organization development.
Moving to Oslo, Norway in 2017 and my mother's paralysis during COVID had a significant impact on my work and life, opening deep truths and difficult emotions. My healing journey has led me to actively participating in regenerative communities and practices.
At this time of the “Great Turning” (Joanna Macy), I am in that space where so much is shifting within me and the path ahead is often unclear and messy. I am learning to lean into what is emerging, to listen deeply to nature, to embrace the intergenerational trauma we carry, and our responsibility to future generations.
My hope is that this liminal space offers us "a clearing in the dense forest" of our lives (Martha Postlewaite, 2019). Whether it is stillness to listen to our hearts, rewilding our minds, or bringing forth a regenerative future, here is where we tend our “social soil” (Otto Scharmer, 2009) in community.
